140315 Kluang Dinner

just another week later, my sis had her malaysia dinner. the 3 of us went to jb early to do our hair before we drove to kluang.

kept retying my hair and in the end look chui. nooo. we didn't book the entire place so my sis felt awkward coming in a glam dress. but she still looks beautiful! *_* and who cares!

what's a wedding dinner without group photos? look at this one! these are all the children of my ahmas. there's more but not all came.

 

the food was great by the way!

the night ended quickly. i had to wash off my curls. but not before i spam some more pictures. my hair can be restyled into short, medium and long, how awesome is that hohohh. but after washing, it's straight again. NOOOooo

140306 Day 8 Departure

we checked in at a homestay near pasir ris so we can get to the airport sooner. had to wake up at like 5am to check in to the airport. T_T

hada  very quick and short breakfast before leaving.

i mean i'm not the one leaving. i wish i were. sighs.

i still had to go work after that. sian. T_________________________________T

140305 Day 7 SCC Show

if you've see the posters at bugis plus... this is the show!

supposed to be open to public but became a private event in the end. all invited cosplayers got free dinner!

we started the show with a dance, then there were performance skits and games that we played with the crowd.

sorry the focus was on me as i asked my dear to take using my phone. it was quite scary to dance on the table btw i kept thinking i was gonna fall off. and i wasn't sure if i could remember my steps. turned out well, still, i suppose!

i also had a segment where i was supposed to teach martial arts to be used in cosplay performances.


eventually we ended off with many selfies!

maria and zhane were the emcees of the day~

 and the rest of us put up skits and shows.

 

my dear stayed long enough and went up as a guest for a short Q&A. hehe.

140304 Day 6 River Safari

and we finally got to go to the safari~!
we ate a quick lunch of instant ramen and toast. it was very expensive. always prepare your lunch!

 i can't remember why i took some of the pictures so i'm just gonna spam them.

the pandas are the main attraction here. you can't miss em. too bad only one of them was out that day...

there's this red panda which is very active and cute though!

since we can't take with the actual pandas...

you need to pre-book tickets for this ride, so always remember to get them first before you enter the park! they are charging additional for this ride now though. so sad.

things we saw on the ride... not much.

there's a mini splash but you really can't compare this to phloom rides...

after the ride is over we practically walked a big aquarium.

 

 don't know whether you can see but these 2 fishes kept swimming together. so cute.
 

i'm quite sure i took a rock fish here somewhere. but i can't see it now. 

 

 

look at the size of the crocodile!!! i asked him to squat there for size references. lol.

some more fishies...

and uh. oh well. it hasn't been that fascinating, really. so i probably wouldn't go again!
