25th july
clarence's birthday and he had to return past 12! and he of cos has already expected the celebration so we didn't 'surprise' him anyway. it was a kind of post-birthday celebration. and as usual, we celebrated it RUID-style. i love birthdays because the cakes here all taste fantastic.
jun-ho had a new hairstyle so we ere all playing with his hair xD

24th july
went to my first club (newlex edo in roppongi) in japan! eri was gonna leave on saturday so we took this chance to catch up. and because it's a thursday, ladies go in free (with 2 drinks), guys have to pay 4000yen. HOLY.

we danced till 5am and caught the first train home... reaching about 630. i was on skype with xm till about 9 before i went to sleep and woke up at 5pm. schedule's really screwed up. oh well, it was fun!

22nd july
the 2nd and 3rd year royzemi students gathered for a nomikai at some obaka izakaya. same thing, 3000yen each with free flow drinks and some food.


we had the whole room to ourselves equipped with a karaoke system. the food wasn't that good but it was still edible.

we started playing a game where everyone just says '1,2,3' and pointed at a prson simultaneously, and the person would have to drink

and ganpai!

we continued session 2 at daiki's gorgeous apartment! the rent is like 150,000yen per month... wow.



managed to board the last train home at 1245am. phew!

20th july
my first day of work started on 19th july, and it lasted for 3 days. 20th july was the hanabi at yokohama, it was my first hanabi and the suckiest one ever. i managed to take time off work and get off at 6pm. the shuttle bus to den-en chofu didn't come at 630 so i waited for an hour before the bus eventually arried at 7pm. it turned my schedule upside down as by the time i reached nihondori (near minato mirai) it was already 8pm. i was in a super bad mood because my ds ran out of battery and i had no other entertainment on hand. when i finally reached nihondori, i couldn't find the rest of the people and i ended up walking aimlessly around the area, squeezing with the massive crowds and watching the hanabi all by myself.

went home by myself after that - a freaking looooong 1.5-2hours journey without anything to do. sighhs. lesson learnt: never meet up far away from the train station as you will probably not be able to meet anyone in the end.
